ARCADIAN FIELDS CSA

WHEN: Fridays, 4:00-7:00 PM, June 14 – October 18th. If you miss a Friday, we can box your share up for you for pick-up on Saturday morning.

COST: $475 for 19 weeks ($200 saves you a spot/ the remainder is due by August 2nd) Checks payable to Arcadian Fields. (pro-rated for late joiners)

WHAT: Lots of in-season veggies. We won’t be growing every single type of veggie, but we will have lots of what we do have. Please read below to see what we will be growing and what we will not be growing.

JUNE 14th: Salad Greens: Teenage Lettuce & Arugula, Cooking Greens: Kale, Swiss Chard, Pac Choi & More, Herbs: Cilantro, Dill, Parsley, Mint, Chives, Garlic Chives, Sage, Roots: Radishes & Hakurei Turnips
JULY: Basil: Italian & Specialty (sweet Thai, tulsi, cinnamon, purple, lemon), Herbs: Cilantro, Dill, Parsley, Mint, Chives, Garlic Chives, Sage, Lavender, Alliums: Scallions & Mini Bunching Onions, Salad Greens: Teenage Lettuce & Arugula, Cooking Greens: Kale, Swiss Chard, Pac Choi & Chinese Cabbage, Roots: Fennel & Beets, Cucumbers, PYO Flowers
AUGUST: Alliums: Leeks & Sweet Onion, Peppers: Italian (mix) & Hot (jalapeno, hungarian hot wax, paprika), Tomatoes: Heirlooms, Beefsteaks & Rainbow Cherry Mix, Huskcherries, Eggplants, Fingerling Potatoes (Laratte, Rose Finn, Magic Molly, Red Thumb), Basil: Italian & Specialty (sweet Thai, tulsi, cinnamon, purple, lemon), Herbs: Cilantro, Dill, Parsley, Mint, Chives, Garlic Chives, Sage, Lavender, Cooking Greens: Kale & Swiss Chard, Watermelon (maybe!), PYO Flowers
SEPTEMBER: Roots: Fennel, Daikon & Watermelon Radish, Hakurie Turnips, Celeriac, Beets, Carrots, Fingerling Potatoes (Laratte, Rose Finn, Magic Molly, Red Thumb), Chicories: Escarole, Frisee & Radicchio, Winter Squash & Pumpkins: (long pie, butternut, red kuri, delicata, dumpling…), Leeks & Onions, Italian Peppers (mix of colors), Cooking Greens: Kale & Swiss Chard, Herbs: Cilantro, Garlic Chives, Sage
UNTIL OCTOBER 18th: Roots: Fennel, Daikon & Watermelon Radish, Hakurie Turnips, Celeriac, Beets Chicories: Escarole, Frisee & Radicchio, Winter Squash & Pumpkins: (long pie, butternut, red kuri, delicata, dumpling…), Roots: Leeks, Carrots,Fingerling Potatoes (Laratte, Magic Molly, Red Thumb), Salad Greens: Arugula, Cooking Greens: Kale & ???
NOTE: This CSA will not provide all crops. No Summer Squash, Zucchini, Corn, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage….unless you can convince us otherwise.
